Prevent T2 Diabetes enrollment event will be held Feb. 8

Forsyth County Department of Public Health will hold an Enrollment Event for the Prevent T2 Diabetes program on Feb. 8 starting at 5:30 p.m. at the health department, 799 N. Highland Avenue in Winston-Salem.

Prevent T2 is part of the National Diabetes Prevention program, approved by the CDC, and proven to prevent/delay type 2 diabetes. The free yearlong program meets weekly for the first 3 months and once/twice a month for the remainder of the year.

Registrants must bring results of a recent A1C test indicating prediabetes.
