UPDATE: Due to air quality concerns, this event will now take place inside the Public Health Department, 799 N. Highland Avenue.
The Forsyth County Health and Human Services Campus is partnering to host a SCHOOL'S OUTreach Event on Thursday, June 8th, from 4pm - 7pm, just before school is out for the summer. The Department of Social Services, Public Health, Behavioral Health Services, and Bridges to Hope will be onsite, in addition to other county partners, along the sidewalk connecting HS Annex 1, DSS, and Public Health. HHS is partnering with Crisis Control on a food drive. Employees will be donating shelf stable food items that Crisis Control will use to fill food boxes to be handed out in support kids home for the summer (while supplies last). In addition to educating the community and providing services, DSS and Public Health will be conducting onsite interviews for positions available within their departments. Come on out and help us celebrate the END OF SCHOOL!
