NOTICE is hereby given that the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will conduct allMeetings and Briefing Sessions in-person. Members of the public are invited to attend remaining 2021 Meetings and Briefing Sessions located in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, NC.

The June 3, 2021 Budget Presentation will be held in the 4th Floor Multipurpose Room, Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, NC.

Meetings will include a public session during which members of the public may speak. If you wish to speak, two options will be available to submit a comment:
1. In-person attendees will be asked to fill out a speaker card and return to the Clerk to the Board.
2. Comments will also be received by calling 336-422-1200 at 1:45 p.m. on the day of a Meeting. You will be placed on hold, and you will be recognized to speak in the order your call was received.

All Meetings and Briefing Sessions will be broadcast live at 2:00 p.m. on local cable channel WSTV 13-The Government Channel,

A copy of this notice shall be posted on the bulletin boards located outside the Commissioners’ Meeting Room on the fifth floor and also in the lobby on the first floor of the Forsyth County Government Center. A copy of the notice shall be sent to all who receive notification of any changes in the Commissioners’ regular meeting schedule.
