NOTICE OF THE FORSYTH COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ MOTOR VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT SURPLUS PROPERTY A

NOTICE is hereby given that the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners has declared certain county motor vehicles and equipment surplus property and has authorized their sale by public auction pursuant to provisions of N.C.G.S. 153A-176, N.C.G.S. 160A-266, N.C.G.S. 160A-270 and N.C.G.S 160A-267. The sale will be by virtual public auction by Rogers Auctioneers, Inc.

The upcoming sale begins on Saturday, February 13, 2021 with items being available for bid until Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Specific items may be viewed at https://www.rogersauction.com/auctions/detail/bw59398. Public inspection will occur on:

Saturday, February 20, 2021 11:00am – 1:00pm
Monday, February 22, 2021 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Tuesday, February 23, 2021 12:00pm – 1:00pm
