Child Support Division Celebrates Successes

Forsyth County Social Services Child Support Division celebrated Child Support Awareness Month and a successful FY 2019 last week at Camel City BBQ. The 49 employee division collected $23,984,287 for the children and families of North Carolina last fiscal year.

The FY 2019 high performers that were recognized were:

Highest Number of Paternites Established (185) - Nereyda Aladwan
Highest Number of Orders Established (390) - Zena Ervin
Highest Average Collection Rate (72.50%) - Rebecca Mattingly
Highest Payment to Arrears (70.65%) - Valarie Page
Highest Total Collections ($114,596.34) - Bonnie Reynolds
Highest Lump Sum Payment ($46,908.10) - Tawanda Blackwell
Highest Average Establishment Self-Assessment Score (94.29%) - Robin Ashburn
Perfect Medical Self-Assessment Score - Nereyda Aladwan, Hope Peddle
Highest Average 6-month Expedited Self-Assessment Score (98.30%) - Jessica Bolling
Perfect 12-month Expedited Self-Assessment Score - Jessica Bolling
Highest Average Enforcement Self-Assessment Score (96.28%) - Rebecca Mattingly
Perfect Review & Adjustment Self-Assessment Score - Dana Jenkins, Raynese Coleman, Hope Peddle, Janine Torres
