Reduced Dog & Cat Adoption Fees at FCAC

Project Pearl, a non-profit organization working in partnership with Forsyth County’s Department of Animal Control, is proud to sponsor the spay/neuter fee of several select black dogs available for adoption at Forsyth County Animal Control with a reduced $42.00 adoption fee!

Melissa Ball, President of Project Pearl says, “Dog Days of Summer... Back in Black.... Black Friday Event... Adopt a Black Dog Month.... call it anything you want! We just want to help shelter dogs that may look similar find loving homes. Each one of them have a terrific personality and one common goal: to get adopted! If you are committed to owning a dog, then stop by FCAC and check out the wonderful selection waiting to GO HOME!” Also, in a continued effort to encourage adult cat adoptions during this hectic kitten season, Project Pearl is sponsoring the spay/neuter fee of cats over the age of 1 year. ALL cats age 1 year or older will have an adoption fee of $22.

Forsyth County Animal Control, located at 5570 Sturmer Park Circle, Winston-Salem, NC is open for adoptions as follows:

• Monday – Wednesday - Saturday Noon until 5:00 PM
• Tuesday – Thursday Noon until 7:00 PM
