6th Annual Pawpaw Festival, Saturday August 24th

Please join us on Saturday, August 24th, 2013 from 10am to 1pm at the Forsyth Cooperative Extension office for the 6th Annual NC Pawpaw Festival, presented jointly between Forsyth Cooperative Extension, MKT Real Estate Group, Master Gardener Volunteers and local growers. Take a tour through our pawpaw patch, learn about the pawpaw and sample some pawpaw dishes, including ice cream, while supplies last. Come join us at this FREE event to celebrate the largest native fruit to North America and a favorite of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.
