Free Community Day at SciWorks this Sat.
Come out and explore the Amazing Feats of Aging exhibit, sponsored
by the J. Paul Sticht Center on Aging of Wake Forest University Baptist
Medical Center. Learn about the mysteries of aging and why animals,
including humans, age.
Wake Forest Baptist will offer free health
information and free health screenings all day including: blood
pressure, carotid artery, safe driving and a cholesterol screening (Noon
– 3 pm only).
And don’t miss Stephen B. Kritchevsky, PhD, Director of
J. Paul Sticht Center on Aging, as he discusses how you can age
slower in his talk “New Findings in Healthy Aging” in the SciWorks
auditorium at 2 pm.
