Walk for Healthier Hearts
Each year, heart disease and stroke claim more than 910,000 American Lives, making them the number 1 and number 3 killer diseases. However, there is hope. In fiscal year 2005-2006, the American Heart Association invested more than $543 million dollars in research, public and private education, and advocacy so people across American can live stronger, longer lives.
