Pantry Project
Limited access to fresh produce is an ongoing issue for some residents of Forsyth County. Forsyth Community Gardening's Pantry Project addresses food insecurity in our area by connecting community gardens with local food pantries. If you are involved with a community garden, you can help by setting aside a portion of your harvest for donation. All of the pantries included on the Pantry List are able to accept fresh produce, straight from community gardens.

Look on the Pantry List below to find a food pantry close to you, or check on the Map. Pay close attention to when each pantry is able to accept donations. Once you have picked out a pantry to partner with, set up a regular donation schedule with other members of your community garden so that produce can be effciently delivered.
Pantry List
If you are connected with a local food pantry that accepts fresh produce and is not listed on our Pantry List, please fill out the Pantry List Update Form. We’ll be sure to let gardeners know that they can share their bounty with your organization!
