Lieutenant T. Eric Osborne Retires

Lieutenant T. Eric Osborne was hired by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff on September 14, 2000. Lt. Osborne had prior law enforcement experience with the Winston-Salem Police Department, Greensboro Police Department, and the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office. Lt. Osborne earned several promotions throughout his career with his last promotion to the rank of Lieutenant on February 5, 2022.

During his career, Lt. Osborne received 14 Letters of Commendation including the Meritorious Service Award for Life-Saving.

Throughout the course of his career, Lt. Osborne served in various capacities within Community Policing, Field Services Division, Fleet Procurement, and Administrative Services Division. At the time of his retirement, he was the Lieutenant in the Administrative Services Division.
